National Chocolate Pecan Pie Day. I've never had one but it sound good. Maybe like a butter tart drizzled with chocolate.

They are a true delight. I got to spend some time in the Texas Hill Country, which is loaded with pecans and awesome pecan pies. I actually like this one, which adds chocolate to the already tasty pie. Some purists shudder but... well.. chocoholics need their fix too.
