Good morning

Grandon is here so I put him to bed last night and fell asleep myself around 9pm

Up at 6am, did some work and am still sitting here getting some things done before I go play pickup basketball at 9am for a couple of hours. After that it's clean the basement day, watch my Sens

play at 1pm, I dislike 1pm games

Then it's move some things from the garage to the basement to make room to park the Mustang for the winter as cold weather is on it's way

Maybe a Netflix/Amazon movie tonight

Today is a much better day, I suspect I made an error with some meds. Yesterday was bad.

So, since the sun was shining, my

(I wasn't in for very long, but I dived into it, twice)
It really is refreshing and it gives me an energy boost that lasts for hours.

Tonight I think I'll finish the Hobbit-trilogy, I started on it yesterday.

I'm at my brother-in-law's right now on my phone and I see that it doesn't have the symbol to put emojis in nor will it let me click the pictures. Oh well.

Doing a few things here that he's unable to do for himself and then I'll be back at home for the duration. I felt crappy on and off for the last couple of days but I'm feeling pretty good today.

Sleep pattern is way off and need to get back on schedule. Thankfully the wife gets home late tomorrow and that will help force me to get to sleep earlier. At least she is having a good time on her vacation.

I feel a nap coming on and there is an F1 sprint race to watch which I can squeak out while sitting in recliner since it's short. Probably will only watch the highlights from tomorrows race.

Had my second decompression treatment yesterday and I hurt a little more than last time but they did move up the intensity a bit.
