Say Huh? Site is up but not working?

Tonight I was trying to submit a gallery. It is properly uploaded, and it is working from my end.

Amy's Big Wish, Part 4

When I go to submit it, the other TGPs are reporting the URL does not work. I checked it from my TGP and it is fine. I also checked it from LOR and it is fine. Is It Down reports the domain is fine. Other galleries are working, and the domain is up and online. The only thing I can think of is the host is in the UK, which is having somewhat of a weather event right now.

Any ideas?
