Google on drugs
Okay, question: Can anyone figure out why puritan video is #2 for the term "findpics"?
I don't link to them, they don't have the word anywhere on the page, etc. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&l...cs&btnG=Search Google really smokes some good ones at times.  Alex |

Amazing that a single PR3 can do that. I think I am going to have to put some CLICK HERE TO FINDPICS pointing at random domains to push them down the list.

Alex - keep in mind its not the PR that causes that
 although we'd like to believe that. Its more about the surrounding text, the type of page, and the general "content" of the linking page that makes the difference - on topic stuff and all that But you are correct about being able to push them out pretty easily - but you might find things changing anyway over the next few days |

Linkster, they have been in that position for about 4 months now. I can't figure how that page could be more relevant that, example, the listing on Dangerdave. But, hey, there ya go.

well i am aware of the crap that people search for and i am also seeing about 3-10 searches on my site name coming to me but the question was why are you warried about a keyword that is your site name "findpics" as i understand much more people "sex pictures" or "sex pics" than "findpics"

Leon - think of it this way - if someone is searching for my site - linkforsex - and they type that in the search box on google - I would prefer that those 1200 people a day find my site and not someone elses
just like people search 100,000 times a day for worldsex or tommys |
