Not listed on LOR

Hello MML/GG

Just wondering what I need to change for my last site to get listed on LOR?

http://www.cuteage.com/sites/lace/

It got listed on SG but not LOR.

Would I need to submit it to something other than panties? I know I have had that problem before.
