Can I get a review of my revamed pay site.. I'm gonna trash the old design

Any feedback would be appreciated, I've been surfing lots of pay sites to see what others are doing.. some give NO free pics or Movies out.. some gives lots of free pics, and movies out... So...

I came up with this idea the other night when I was making business cards for Cathrina to hand out at work (strip club, she wanted to give them to her regulars) and... then I was like damn I think I could do something nice with this.. anyway..

Also my video's are a bit on the dark side which is odd because on my DV Camera they look GREAT as well when I plug the DV Camera into the TV, but as soon as I transfer them via firewire they get all dark.. not sure the issue.. been using Ulead Video Studio, but I have Adobe Aftereffects (bought it for this realestate TV program, then highered a real 3-d amimator / video producer)...

You are a busy, busy man.

Keep in mind, I'm no guru. I don't own any paysites, but I have lots of opinions. (Perhaps too many)

First of all, I like the tour graphics much more on this new tour. It's very clean and the navigation is simple and straight forward. I would add a second tour page to show the surfer a little more variety of the photo shoots with different sexy outfits and stages of undress. There isn't much of a teaser there right now. Also, the sample pics you are using now are grainy. The ones on the old tour are a much higher quality. This is where you really want to show the potential member what they'll be getting. If the pics look crappy on the tour, they'll assume that the member's area is the same.

Your first sample video is 11mb. Too big. (It took a couple of minutes to download on my broadband connection.) Also, you can barely hear her, but your instructions to her are loud and clear. I'd dub in a soundtrack over the original audio. The surfers want to think that she is just naturally sexy and nasty. They don't want to see that she needs to be told how to move. She's a stripper by trade, right? Find some music and let her be herself. I've spent hundreds of dollars during a single weekend falling in lust with strippers. They just naturally know how to lure men in. Throw a couple of drinks down her throat, turn on the music, and let her sell herself the way only she knows how. Zoom in once in a while and move around her. Make the surfer feel that he is in the room scoping her out and that he can touch that super ass of hers. When you keep the camera at one distant point, the space between you and the girl is impersonal and makes it difficult to build a relationship. The surfer has to be sitting there thinking, 'I'd like to come back here, get her naked, and fuck her everyday'. Otherwise, he's going to keep his $19.95.

On the old tour you had a little bio for her. Try and add a text box onto on of the tour pages where she can introduce herself and make the surfer feel at home. Let her tell them how members can chat live with her. You mention the chat, but it's buried down there. I tend to believe it's those personal touches such as chat and 'I take requests' that often seals the deal on single girl sites. Does she have a webcam on during chat, or is just text? Horny dudes love telling a chick to rub her tits or whatever and see her doing it live.

Overall, I think this tour is a great improvement. Keep up the good work. |viking|

Opps.... I Thought I dubed over the audio!! HAHAHAHa Good thing you can't download the fuill video it's fucking funny as hell.. I try and talk with her to keep her "entertained" durring the full video.

I'm still not sure how to sell the chat... her regulars at the club are like "When Are You On Chat..." that's like the main thing they are concerned about. So I figured I'd make it more of a selling point.. but obviously I mised the boat a bit..

I did cut down on the quality of the tour images... for some reason they look good on my computer but I was showing the new site design to Cat today, she has a way nicer computer then I do, go figure... and they did look kinda shitty..

She is a stripper yea, but she is one of those good girl strippers... (I didn't know they existed either till I met her... that's another story for another day..)

In regard to Video Cams.. that is something that I wanted to integrate, so I've told all the girls who have been signing with me that they need to get broadband connections if they don't have one for a webcam in their home. Do most sites charge extra for that? Is that something they offer for free? I have seen some sites where they say it is for free, but I don't always trust that..

About video size...If you look at http://www.rpeterclark.com/Projects/...lugInSkin.html (It's a non-commerical DivX video) you'll notice the video's about 35 MB but takes virtually no waiting to load (note: it only works in IE-based browsers).

Imho, if I want to put up a bulky video download, I prefer to use progressive download rather than just straight file download.

Eeek, your newsite url doesn't show up right now. Your older site looks nice. One thing I noticed is the obvious use of tables with borders, which I would avoid. I use tables alot too but recently they are starting to wear me out a little.

Yea I switched them over already... so the http://www.cathrina-model.com is the newest version.. wacked the old POS site..
