I have been submitting galleries for some time to tommys-bookmarks my galleries are accepted (I do not get redirected to your page about the submitpass). I am not perfectly sure but, I do not think I have bought a submitpass from you. The domain I submit from is freesexeden.com and freesexpeek.com.
