I just submitted to 'em last night, no problems.
I've been gettting the regular acceptance emails too. Maybe later it'll be back up again?

Hi everyone...thought I'd check the forums incase anyone was having problems...apparently yes. I moved the site over to another server and the reinstall didn't go 100% and became buggy. I am going to make a post here with some news but in another thread called "69Toplinks - Submissions Closed"
