Hi,

i have one more question, i own some exclusive content i shot about 10 years ago, only thing i have for age verification of the models is their ID card number. Can i use this content and refer me as the custodian of records? As i live in germany, i don't think the FBI will break my door to verify the records, and for the german authorities the ID card number will be sufficient for age verification

I'm not a lawyer but if you're legal in your country my uneducated guess is that you would be OK. But as always, consult an attorney Call around and find one that knows the porn laws in your country, schedule an apointment, put $20.00 on his desk and say "I have a few questions, tell me when that runs out". If memory serves me right - Sheepguy does the same thing as I do - put a beer in front of him/her and ask away till it's empty. Or do as I did once, set him up with one of your "actresses" – if she’s cute enough, you’ve got it made!
