I have my annual check-up this morning, so that will be fun. I've had a plantar's wart on the ball of my foot for a few weeks, so maybe I should mention that to the doc. I'm getting a little tired of limping and the OTC freezy shit isn't killing it.

Other than taking the morning off for that and a couple of errands, I'll be back to painting and carpentry for the rest of the day. And by the rest of the day, I mean until about 3:30. I don't work long days.

Morning all.

My cat woke me up at 5:10, and I couldn't fall back asleep so I've been up working in Carrara and starting my day. I really need to work out and get my fat ass moving too, but the motivation to do anything but try to cover our bills has been sadly lacking.

UW, I had a planters wart burned off the ball of my foot when I was young with like a caturizer (12 - 13) and I still remember screaming in the doctors office because the shot hurt so bad to freeze it. Hopefully, they have something better now, as that was nasty. I was also on crutches a few days, so be prepared, I'd take a car not your bike to his office. But who knows, in the last 35 or so years, the procedure has to have gotten better.

My doctor is going to try a couple of liquid nitrogen treatments which most likely will not work because the thing is so well encased in callous. Then he'll finally send me to a podiatrist to have him/her kill it with some acid, which he says is painless. I have no idea how pouring acid on one's flesh can be painless, but I'm not the scientist here.

Who is They? 'They' always seem to know what is best, to have irrelevant statistics, reasons for why you shouldn't jump off the cliff on your bike and try to grab the rope before falling down a 30' embankment into a river (ok, they were right about that one).

Stirred up a little activity on a software project written out of a little frustration last night and, it was surprisingly well received (in private, because admitting that it fixed a problem would suggest favoritism).

Morning. Well got up to hear that a server move is around the corner for a company I help a little manage some of their websites. Got another call from someone I know asking why email wasn't coming through. Found that it was just they had exceeded their quota on the server. Quick deleting and a setting fix on outlook and all was good. I love logmein. It has helped me so many times this year it's crazy. So easy.

Anyway, time to actually get to some real work. At some point I need to clean up the office and do some laundry as well.

Last night I made it to yoga. I tried to get out of it at the last second. The lady yelled at me and I'm glad she did. I feel a ton better for going. It was a hotter class and it felt great to sweat. I'm going to try to force myself to go later this afternoon as I need to just get stretched out a little more before I think I can really start a more hardcore workout schedule.
