Morning!

On top of my meds not working, I think I'm also sick

I felt like shit all day & pretty much slept yesterday, which explains why I'm awake now.

Ramster threw me some work, so gonna get started on that. Then I have to go to my chiro, take Yell to a doctor appt, and help my buddy set up our tent at his place for his party tomorrow

G'day

I'm not spoiled with visitors, but today I'll get a visit.
So it's cleaning and preparation for dinner and stuff.

My goal is to have a swim with my dog every day in july, and today we did it first thing in the morning. That was nice, maybe we'll continue with that.

I was in a funk last week but feeling okay today. Just work for me today. I'll put on the soccer games on TV in the background. A visiting friend has been watching them so I've become interested.

Been caught up in the Football games and then you throw in a doctor appointment and a surprise visit from my grandson and walla I forget to swing by here in a couple days.
