Friday July 20th (aka 4 Day Bitch Weekend)

Good Friday!

Back in January, The Bitch put in for a couple 4-day weekends in July & August for no reason & this is one of them

I did watch I'm Now: The Story of Mudhoney which no one (including J

lly) will care about, but then I started watching the Scorpions - Forever And A Day rockumentary, which is their history wrapped around their 50th anniversary tour in 2011. I had no idea they were that old! I mean, I knew they had a couple albums before Blackout & Love at First Sting, but not SEVEN!

Klaus Meine & Rudolf Schenker are 2 years younger than my parents - if I knew that in the early 80's I'd have never listened to them

Anyway, I do have to go see my primary this morning for my 6 month checkup, then I'll call

I am actually going to Tobermory which is a four hour drive north west of Toronto. It on the tip of the Bruce Peninsula which straddles Georgian Bay and Lake Huron. There are reported to be black bears and rattlesnakes and I hope I see neither.

Goody Day

Woke up and started doing chores since I'll be picking up family members early tomorrow morning at the airport. Now that's finally all done I have an hour before going to radiation.

My wife's radiation doctor is on vacation and is up at Lake Couchiching and the doctor was surprised we knew where that was. Hello Emerald & Bluebrit

Early Scorpions was how I found out about them. A band I played in during High School did some of those. Speedy's Coming, Steamrock Fever, In Trance and Sails Of Charon. Brings back good memories of being 16, smoking cigs and jamming in a garage. Thanks
