Feedback on new design

Hey guys...I know I seem to keep asking for advise on designs, etc...but you guys are the best so I can't imagine who else I should ask???

anyway, had the site redesigned and really like the layout and the flow of the pages. Im not sure how it loads for others though and would love some feedback from you guys!

I am far from the best, just happen to have some spare time.. the first page was falling into pieces in Mozilla for me and those popups may annoy the surfers..

The second page was loading ok in Mozilla, Opera, iCab, IE, even in Netscape 4.7 and it may convert better due to the lack of popups.

Nice design btw..

Yes that second link is a ccbill only tour for the affiliates. it does convert way better.

thanks for checking it all of those browsers! yeah it falls apart for me in mozilla too but falls back together when it finished loading. wonder why it does that? it works great in IE though so who knows?

You need to slow that sucker way down. It zips by at like 1000MPH

I think the magic phrase to make your site really convert and maintain surfers would be:

Make it more personal.

Make it more simple...IMO.

To be honest it doesn't seem like it's really your website. You're using a lot of photos that have saturated the 'net and the non official "Mariah" sites have that as well.

Look at what "Sandy" has on her site:

That leaves little doubt and makes a great connection with the surfer.

Notice she uses a pretty candid picture and clearly states she is involved only with that website in her P.S.

You're TRUE Official website should make surfer's feel like they will be hanging out with you if they join.

It's the personal and unique touches that will make your site stand apart from the clones.

Things like a Diary entries, web forum, candid pics from before you got into the biz, your Biography written BY you in your own words as opposed to the IAFD web page, 'behind the scenes' pics, and basically anything you can do to make that connection to the surfer.

On http://mariahxxx.net/toura.htm you say pics are never seen before but one of those sets is from suze.net I think.

Good ideas above for stuff you can do too.

Check the sites on the bottom of her page too.

Don't link outside your site especially for things like your BIO.

If ya can, do a video intro like Sandy does on clubsandy.

Instead of a shitload of image slices, have a select few of exclusive shots that no other site can have. If you don't have one, get a digital camera and make a 'fan sign' with you holding up your domain name with something like "Yes...I really run mariahxxx.net!"

It's too bad you go by one name. Makes it hard to find you.

Half joking when I say to make up a cool last name and then buy all possible domain names with those two names.

It will make it *much* easier for people to find you in search engines down the line.

Make a site map to pages you want Search Engines to find.

Label the site with the ICRA and maybe a 2257 statement as well as a Privacy Policy in a footer on all pages.

You really are a sexy woman, so it won't be hard to make the site get high conversions *and* high rebills.

IMO don't give away so much hard core in your video samples.

TEASE the free loading guests and make people feel like they'd be hangin' out with you when they join.

There are also better tools than Ulead SmartSaver Pro 3.0 out there.

personally I don't care to much for those types of sites
because they have killed the industry.

yet... only you know if it makes you money or not.

and ones view of money is another subject for another day.
