Gone All Day Wednesday

I will be gone all day Wednesday. Time for my every 10 year visit to the Veterans Administration. After 4 surgeries on my knees, I believe it's about time for a raise.

I'm out of here...
I have no idea how long it will take. I told Greenie yesterday that the last time I dealt with the VA, I waited 8 hours for a prescription to be filled

But, no prescriptions today... Just time for more benefits.

I really don't expect anything today. The last time I received an upgrade, I had to go through all the appeals and ended up in front of a Federal Judge. The Judge gave it to me. Of course, it took over a year

Oh yeah, I should get my first denial in 3 months then it will take another 4 months for them to deny my appeal and then after 5 or 6 more months, I will see a federal judge again.

I always feel real sorry for the disabled vets that really need the help when they are put through the wringer like this.
