Anyone into RC cars? Do these look OK?
I used to be into electric RC cars (Tamya) as a kid. I had a monster beatle, hornet, porsche 911. I'm looking for something me and my kid can play with outside (April wont let me get a couple of quads, says 10 years old is too young, bull i say but she's the boss).
What do you think of these : Off road nitro buggy PRO and Off road nitro truck (Looks bad as fuck in black) Reckon i get myself one or just the kid one? 29's not too old for this stuff is it?? Do these specs look ok, or should I look elsewhere, or go for an electric model? |

I used to race them. But, I only raced electric cars. They were plenty fast enough...it just sucked that the battery charge lasted 4 mins at most

I used to have an electric monster truck and a Nikko Buggy (even have a "drivers license" for that
). The sad thing about those electric RC's was that you could play for 15 minutes and had to charge the batteries for 10 hours afterwards.I would go for that Offroad Nitro Truck, the black one looks bad as fuck indeed ![]() |

Yeah short battery life was always a pain in the ass.
These ones are fuel-driven. Have no idea how fast they go or if they need much maintenance. I'm wondering if I could kane up some of our local ducks ![]() |
