What am I doing wrong?

Hello, all, I am new to this board so let me give you all a quick Hello!

Here's my question/problem, I purchased a turnkey site from a company. When I received my site, I really did not like the look of it and the tour pages, it was boring and outdated. I contacted a company they recommended to start doing some advertising for me. Needless to say, they sucked, when I asked for something to be done to the main page to bring it up to date, all I got was a blurry, almost unrealable piece of crap which was worse than the one that was there before. So, I went on my own and got a new one. I redid the entire site myself, learning ftp and all that goes with it, (it was good to learn these aspects, every webmaster should know them), and now have a main page and 2 tour pages, and am working on making a page or so more. I also have purchased several different software programs for links, search engines, etc and use them frequently. But, I do not seem to be getting anywhere.:banghead: My traffic varies from a few hundred unigues to a few thousand, and I have only made one sale. My site has been active since Dec 02 and I have been working on my own since Jan 03. Is it normal to not make any sales in the first few months? I know that there is not get rich quick when it comes to these sites, this is the 4th one I purchased. Could someone take a look at my site and give me some honest opinions and suggestions of what I need to be doing? All I have been seeing lately are articles about how difficult it is to have a successful adult website and that most sites make no money. I for one am not ready to just roll over and play dead. I want my site to work and make some profit. I believe that there is still is still a hugh market for porn, I have bought several memberships for it myself over the years, certainly people are still buying it. Part of the problem is when someone clicks on CONTINUE TO GALLERIES, which they will...and they decide to purchase a membership, the links to the site on top here http://www.tightteenholes.com/galleries.htm do not work.

You have a lot of broken images and messed up codes here and there. Clean all that up first thing. Next I would clean up the free gallery pages. They should be of same quality as your tour pages... design wise. Your tour page designs look good! Keep it up. But I would change the page background color to match the lighter green background of your graphic. And your "the hottest teen sex" link is kinda blurry. It's all trial and error until it looks good.

if you don't have time to mess around with stuff like this maybe you should go and look for a top notch designer. Amputate your head on gfy is a kickass designer, but since you've only made one sale so far the money he would want may be too much to work with.

Just keep it up, keep reworking graphics, keep building traffic... eventually it will all pay off..... it takes time.
