If you mean on a site trying to get listed on a linklist - most LLs would consider each link in the dropdown towards the total number of sponsor links - similar to a money bar where each link is counted seperately

I would also consider them a blind link since you really have no idea where you are going to get taken.

I guess I need to clarify this; I use them on my hubs, not on sites I submit to LL's.

Why wouldn't they be ok on your site? I use them as menu navigation on my main hub.

You can use them on your sites... but the question was assumed to be in relation to "submitted free sites".. Most LLs wont accept them. DD
