Looking for ....PHPAds New Tutor..?

Alright so I have PhpAdsnew on my server installed...

I've read the user guide... I've played with the program a little bit.

It would appear that already having my banners uploaded onto my server in their respective category folders is pointless, because if I am understanding what I'm seeing correctly (which I might not be) ...PhpAdsNew has the capability for me to choose a banner off my Harddrive, and it will upload it for me?

I understand there can be more than one advertiser... at this point there's only going to be me so unless I need to be, right now I'm not worried about making more advertisers.

Campaigns: I'm guessing that what PhpAdsdNew calls "campaigns" are what I call "sponsors" ? Banners... are pretty obvious.

Can someone please clarify what I either understand (or am completely mistaken on, if that's the case)

So far the only unanimous word that I have on PhpAdsNew is this.

"1: About 90% of what is in their User Guide, you will not need to know."
-------------

Let me try to summarize basically what I need Phpadsnew for now.

http://www.sexwithsin.com

Banner rotation (obviously) within the categories, I'd like to be able to put more than one banner in place (I could do this now except that only one banner would be 'rotating' and the other one would have to be stationary.

Daily Feature Site: I could be completely wrong again, but if PhpAdsNew works the way that I'm getting the very vague idea that it might... I should be able to set it up to rotate my Daily Feature Site pic & text for me.. (each day) **Please correct me if I'm wrong... if I am, its not difficult for me to do that manually anyways.

If someone would be so kind as to take some time & hit me up on ICQ 99575240 and help me get at the very least to a point where I can play around some with the program & go from there... it would be very appreciated. I would be happy to discuss options of how I could 'repay' either through banners, or text work, or anything along those lines that I am actually capable of.

Or, if someone knows of where I can find a tutorial on this program that is NOT written entirely in greek (obviously I don't mean literally greek) ...and highlights what I -do- need to know, that would be great as well.

Thanks!

No need to upload banners to your cats, you can pick and choose directly on your HD from within PAN's admin interface.

I just set up PAN myself, but I'm hardly an expert (understatement of the year), so there are probably different ways of doing this, but here's how I've set it up.

1. Advertiser = Sponsor
2. Campaign = Individual sponsor sites
3. Banners = Self explanatory
4. Publishers = Different domains I have
5. Zones = Individual pages/spots on pages for each domain

Hope this helps. If anyone knows of a better/more logical way of doing things I'd be happy to know about it.
