Is this site listworthy?

Hi everyone. I'm pretty familliar with the TGP game, but have never really tried my hand at free sites. That being said, I'd like some input on how I have everything set up. I popped out a quick site, just to see if I'm on the right track. It's at http://www.camsexworld.com/free-porn...tie/index.html

I know the design, color, text, graphics etc suck. I'm wondering if I have the pages layed out ok, not too many links out etc. I'm planning on placing 6 recip links on the index page between the warning textarea and the enter link. I have a total of 8 groups of 6 link lists to mirror into subdirectories such as /free-porn-sites/blonde-cutie01/ and /blonde-cutie02/ etc. So, all the recips will be on index.html pages. The recips will be tables or images as dictated by the LL owner.

I also have a question about recips. Since this is promoting webcams, I've set up webcam recips where they are available for webcam categories, and where a LL has no webcam category, I've snagged amateur recips and intend to submit to that category. Am I on the right track here, or am I missing something?

So, overlooking the lack of imagination of the site, and assuming the recips are correct, would this be listworthy? Thanks for taking the time to check it out. All input is appreciated.

"get full length videos click here" is blinder that Stevie Wonder.

The site is about as generic as a no-name tomato paste.

I see a dozen or more sites like this every day, and I decline more and more of them for having the same boring, white bread template, fonts, layouts, etc...

Think outside the box!

Like Alex said it is pretty bland, I'm no graphics guru so I don't impose that on anyone. But some well placed text and better colors go a long way. In addition there are a 100's of different ways to layout your pages.

Right. I'm aware of the blandness of it and it's not a site I would actually submit as it is. My main questions are about the directory structures, recip links and such. The graphics, colors, text, etc would all be different. (I do want to make money, lol)

So, do I have the right number of links out and such? Would 6 recips on an index.html page mirrored in 8 subdirectories be ok, since everyone gets an index page recip that way? Could I use amateur as a category when there is no webcam category present? I'm pretty sure I have the right idea, but I don't want to make a good looking site and then submit it only to find I have to scrap the whole thing because no one liked the recips or some other rules oriented thing.

Thanks again for the time to help out here.

Welcome Odysseus

Your site structure looks fine. Yea, the site could use some excitement...but I'm sure you'll fix that up.

You do have some blind links in there...those will cost you listings. Here's a good thread on the subject;

http://www.greenguysboard.com/board/...ht=blind+links

Again, welcome and good luck to ya

Thanks Mr Yum. That helps alot. I wasn't really worried about blind links because I never intend to use them in free sites or TGP galleries. However, after reading that thread I see there is a fine line that I probably would have strayed closer to than I would intend. I'll bust out another go at this page with some better design that is more indicative of what I intend to be submitting so that I can get some input on some of my other, non design related questions.

I would list it, but I am not very picky. What I care more about is the content and that it isn't already on the site. My theory is that surfers really do not care to much about the fancy graphics as webmasters might, they just want naked ladies to spank the monkey to!

I think sometimes from reviewing sites it is more that we get so sick of seeing the same thing that we get a little anal about it.

I don't know who you re submitting too, but don't be too swift about knocking link lists off your submittals.
Ask around before you take off a recip for some of the best traffic comes from LL's that may take awhile to be reviewed at.
My advice, if you do stop submitting to some, do not remove their recips from the sites already submitted.
And keep an eye on those older submittals for in many cases 3-4 weeks down the road you may see a spike in traffic to them from LL's you had written off

The second site looks fine.
Regarding recips, if you arrange them neatly you can easily place 12 recips without making your page cluttered. Also, I suggest you to use less agressive text links on your index and main page. On the gallery pages you can really push the surfer towards your sponsor.

I hear ya Meat Pounder. So I should give it more than 2 weeks then? As for the recips, I hadn't intended to change anything once submitted, so no problem there. What I was thinking was just making up a new recip table that was comprised of the LL's who weren't listing me and using their reicps exactly as they want them and then seeing if I get listed then.

Fonz, You should be hearing from me soon about submitting to your site.

Caringneo, Thanks for the advice on the text. I hadn't considered keeping it lighter on the index and main pages and heavy on the gallery pages. I'll give it a shot.

Thanks again guys.

If you don't get listed after a few days you can definately ask them why...depending on the link list where they say to ask, but here at Greenguy and Jims is a good place for answers as many of the top lls have threads for that..and Jay has his own at his message boards etc.

But many lists as I said may take a month even to get reviewed, but then will list you with a surge of traffic.

I've found some Link Lists send me horrible traffic in some niches, but are my top referrers in others...
One factor in that is perhaps they list so many submitals of some niches that you are on the 3rd or 4th page of that categories archives before you know it but in other categories you stay on their first page for days. But there are many other factors on a given day.

Basically I just meant 2 weeks was perhaps a little too short a time span to judge what many link lists will send you for traffic, there are just too many variables

I like your site. Looks like something that I would make. I would definitely list it on my sites. If you need places to submit to, feel free to submit to:

and

Good luck with everything.

One tiny niggle...

Like the page, but its a good idea to put height and width tags on the images, on brodband/cable it will load fine but on a modem(slower image load) your page will twist and snake like a twisty turny thing as the browser re-lays out the page on every image load.

Nice site! :-)

Hey chief, I'm on the look out for more places to submit, so I'll be sure to add your sites to my list this week.

Thanks for the on-going help, and advice on the image dimensions. I'll be sure to start adding that to my templates.
