Bulding gallery with Dreamweaver MX 2004

I have many many critiques for my site .OK good ,but I wish to learn how you build your web
site with Dreamweaver MX 2004.Can I see flash toturial.Picture says 1000 words.Help me .I
worked open
Photoshop then I choose File-Automate-web photo gallery...

Do yourself a favor and don't rely completely on automated programs and scripts for making galleries. Sure they can save you time, but usually at the cost of quality.

I use DW to create basic gallery templates, then create my thumbs and customize it a little for the specific sponsor I'm promoting. There are a number of programs that will batch process thumbs, I use Arles, but often I still remake some or all of the thumbs to get them just right.

Spending a little more time will make your galleries more effective.

yes - dreamweaver can be really helpful if you know what youre doing, but can be dangerous if you are just learning...

I remember a few times when I was inserting special tags for programs that did automatic replication and I thought I had it down, but dreamweaver doesnt always like foriegn tags and it fucked up the galleries - and woops, I forgot to check!

not good

I reccomend checking out some tutorial sites and maybe get a book - its always nice to have a reference at your side that isnt on the computer
