While I support the idea of reporting illegal material (I think we all want to fight C P) this could be a terrible law because there may be no means to protect against simple mistakes.
Basically someone from the justice department could upload an image to a blog or chat board, then take a screen cap and bust you before you have a chance to even see the image. You also have the issue of people changing images in archives that could be years old. |

I think McCain is just trying to score the moral zelot vote to win the Repbulican primary. I doubt the bill will go anywhere.
