Do TGPs accept galleries that have banners to their own TGPs?

Okay so I am new to this business and I have a TGP that I am ready to go public with. Now my question is... how would I do that? Keep in mind that I don't want to spend any money promoting it right now.

I was thinking of making galleries and submitting them to all kinds of TGPs. But do TGPs approve of galleries that have their own TGP banner on there? Or would the only way I could do it be to just add my own recip button in with the other recips?

Here is a sample gallery so you can see what I am talking about. Scroll down, the banner is towards the bottom. Don't comment on anything else about the gallery just tell me about the banner. (And don't mind the banner that says Caramel18, that was an old project of mine that I gave up.)

And I have a second question:
Should I host the galleries I make in folders (phishlinx.com/galleries/page1.html) Or should I host them on a subdomain (galleries.phishlinx.com)

I would not accept that gallery if submitted to my TGP's. It would be better to include your recip button with the others, but some won't allow that either.
