Cash.bondage.com is cheaters !?
I've sent them 13K good targeted traffic from penisbot.com (3 years period) and got zero signups.
They do not answer to my letters. I suppose, they are cheaters.

WOW! I've had some shitty ratios in my time, but not once did I assume (or even think) the program was cheating me.
You probably should have pulled them after 6 months or so & just moved on - why would you continue to send traffic to a program that you were probably 0:2000 for after 6 months? |

That used to be Penguin Cash until recently. It promotes bondage.com, which was recently purchased by the adultfriendfinder people.
