Hey all, Im not real savvy on SEO or the inner workings of SE traffic, but I have seen over the last couple weeks sites that link back to the major SE's. And not only do they link back to them, the link they use the query URL for their website. Does this help in any way? Hurt? Whats the deal?

Actually, I believe the Google Priests are now requiring the release of 100 doves instead of the goat slaughtering (part of that whole Green thing evidently), although it seems some airlines are still using a similar appeasement strategy.
