An Amazing Day

A few years back when search engines first started their pay-per-click programs I thought I'd give it a go and not knowing what I was doing I bid on the term "SEX" and surprise surprise nothing happened.

A few weeks later I had all but forgotten about the big $30 I'd allocated to this campaign when I noticed my traffic going off the scale.
My server couldn't cope (page too big) so I redirected (with great difficulty) all traffic to a sponsor.

I was getting about 3 signups per minute for a couple of hours and on one hand I was elated and on the other I thought shit! am I going to have to pay for this.

Anyway, I made a shit load that day due to a faulty PPC system and never paid a cent for the traffic (not even the $30).

About a month later my sponsor FED-EXED me a bonus cheque of $500 out of the blue coz I think they thought I had that traffic all the time (ass lickers).

That was my big day that made me realise theres a lot of spenders out there, they're just not coming my way.

Anyone else have a big day like that?
