Calling on the "Free Site Authority" need some help

Hey guys I am looking for some information and since I consider GG&J the authority on Free sites what better place to start!

We have some new pay sites launching and I have tasked my designers to build out free sites for all the link listers!

What I want to know is what would make the perfect hosted free sites for you..

The will be video free sites for the most part so I want to know if I have them built with Flash embeded videos would you like that?

How many videos would you like per site? How big would you like them?

I am willing to build them out to your spec as you are the people using them!
