LadyboyBucks/AsianTS.com Cheating Their Affiliates Out Of Sales

Cliff Notes:

AsianTS.com join page has direct links to Epoch.
Affiliates do not get credit for any referred traffic that signs up directly through Epoch on AsianTS.com. We only get credit for Epoch sales if they are passed through CCBill’s cascading system.
CCBill acknowledges this and writes the owners at AsianTS.com on my behalf saying
“it may upset some affiliates who feel that by offering a direct link to Epoch you are receiving ‘free’ referrals.”
Putting direct links to other billers even when you are using CCBill as your primary biller and affiliate management script does not violate any terms for using CCBill
AsianTS writes me saying they “certainly aren't changing a thing on our join page just based on one person {you} complaining.”
If you promote AsianTS.com then please write supportats -a- gmail.com to express your concern

Detailed Account (emails, asiants main admin screen shots)

I have been promoting AsianTS.com for 4 years and have amassed 500 custom galleries and hundreds of blogs posts in advertising their site. I noticed awhile back that my ratios went from 1:900 to 1:3000 and looked into why this drop in conversions had happened. I went to their join page and saw that they had direct links to Epoch. Directly linking to Epoch bypasses CCBill’s cascading feature so sales that are made through Epoch in this manner completely leave out the affiliate in the transaction.

Even if they removed the direct Epoch link, do you really believe that these people are trustworthy and that they won't try to fuck you out of your money again in some other way? Note that in their reply to you, they didn't say oops, we made a mistake and didn't realize what we were doing.

I realize this and I don't really plan on promoting them again. The problem is that I have galleries across tons of tgps that I have submitted over the years. I have a blog that has hundreds of custom posts for AsianTS. I would like to at least have the galleries and blog posts I have out there still have a chance to make a sale. Since I've stopped promoting them I still have over 50k uniques to them. I'm supposed to be ok with that? I can't pull the galleries or Ill be blacklisted.

It also isn't about me... if anyone else is promoting AsianTS then they deserve to know what is going on. AsianTS was great but they have since switched ownership/management and now they suck completely. When stogie was there... all was fine. Now we have some people in there that don't give a shit about affiliates.... Im just letting it be known along with the fact that all my work that has gone into this site is completely useless.

All sponsors should be scrutinised in this manner...

It's quite a common occurrence - I've lost count of the number of sites I'd like to promote but won't due to this and other affiliate tracking related issues

Some use CCbill + Epoch and others on their own tours, but only use CCbill on aff tours - so check them using aff codes before making any accusations...

2257 links on hosted materials are another common leak

Check the Members Entry link on the tour - does your code get replaced on the 401 page? (This applies to a heap of sponsors using NATs, and one sponsor using their own tracking that I know of)

Is your NATs code passed to every page on a tour - or does it only appear on the page you link to and is thereafter tracked by cookie?

Do your sponsors add their code to root domain typeins therefore replacing yours?

The tricks are myriad, you're not being shaved per se, you're just getting screwed...
