It's Hump Day... Fantasy Fest, Hurricans and Doctors Suck 20111026

After spending a whole day in the emergency room yesterday I was told what I already know that the artery graft in my leg has completely closed again. My surgeon is away on vacation so his partner saw me and contradicted almost everything that my surgeon has told me. He said that my Coumdarin levels are too high to do any kind of procedure on me and wanted me to just sit in a room at the hospital until Friday waiting for my levels to drop so that he could try to do something with the graft. Against medical advice I instead went home to wait for my Coumdarin levels to drop and plan on going back in on Friday. Not that he was hopeful of being able to do anything at all positive with this graft.

After getting home yesterday we trimmed all our macaws wings and nails (we bring them into the house for hurricanes) and did some other prep work in case hurricane Rina hits us early next week.

Looks like this year's Fantasy Fest will include the mega blowjob queen Rina so at least I don't feel so bad about once again not going.

Just a day of work at home planned for today plus going to show Christy how to put up the storm shutters in case I end up in the hospital for the hurricane.

No hurricane's heading our way as far as I know.

And as Cleo mentioned, we're keeping a close eye on Rina down here in the Keys, especially since yesterday was the six year anniversary of when Wilma followed almost the same track and wound up flooding our little island.

Flooding looks very nasty.

We are actually on a little tiny hill (it's actually the ridge of what was a coral reef thousands of years ago) of about 30 feet.

You are right. Rina is acting like Wilma did.

After Wilma the city sewerage pumps went out for many days so all the sewerage from the houses on the coral ridge flowed out of people's bathroom at the lower levels.

Hurricanes just plain suck but at least they don't last for months like snow and cold does.

Morning. Just another day of pounding keys and clicking this mouse.

Last night started working on building out a pc for gaming. The graphics card just isn't cutting it anymore in my mac for boot camp. I want to run things in extreme settings.

Time to get over this hump.

First going to drink some coffee and listen to some news.

Good day, not up to a lot today.

Had my interview session for my tax audit yesterday where they ask a thousand questions. I can say that went well but it is not going to go well in the end as they took all my records and will be getting every bank statement from all banks I've dealt with since 2007.

I was audited some years back, because of some crap I had when $4k worth of checks were stolen from my mailbox, and I listed it as a loss without including enough paper support for it.

Auditing is a hassle - I came out of it okay, but did have to pay some extra - about 1k lol nut no penalties- but what a fucking hassle.

Had the day off for Dr appts. Took the extra time off and did some submits today so maybe someone will buy something. Holy crap sales have sucked recently.

No hurricanes or snow here, actually the wife and I went for a short drive along the coast with the top down. Quite nice.
