My sickness came back last night. Spent a good 12 hours in bed medicated with various OTC drugs. Still feeling like shit, so after a few essential tasks are completed, I'm going to go find a couch.

No sickness here this morning but I am very sore from kayaking last night. There was a strong tide going out and we paddled most of the way against it. Then when it was time to go back we had waited too long and had to fight the tide coming in most of the way.

Work, gym and more work is my plans so far today.
