A Better Not Bitter Tuesday ... (2013.03.12)

Good morning.

I spent much of the day yesterday dealing with a bad Internet connection. Seems it was my laptop and not my ISP. Anyhow, I fixed it and hopefully today is a better (not bitter) day.

I am continuing on with converting a Wordpress site to Joomla. It should have been finished by now.

My wife will be home for a quiet dinner because my kids are not here.

Other than that, I have a mainstream client needing some help and I have to get my ass on the elliptical. Okay, my life is boring.

It can't be morning, body not awake yet. It's like someone messed with our fucking clocks or something.

I'm up to chapter 11 Creating Tables in the Adobe classroom in a book for InDesgn.
Just six more chapters to go,
12 Working with Transparency
13 Printing and Exporting
14 Creating Adobe PDF Files with Form Fields
15 Creating and Exporting an eBook
16 Working with Long Documents
17 Creating an iPad Publication

Going to do a chapter or two, some web work and then hit the gym. On the way home from the gym will be stopping by the restaurant and spa (they are next to each other) that I'm doing all this work for to get paid and also discuss what new stuff they want. The owner wants to buy Google ad words for the spa site since they site doesn't show up when searching for spas in Fort Lauderdale. Probably doesn't help that the word spa is not in their url. Haven't messed with Google ad words since losing my ass with them on adult stuff.

I need coffee in order to make coffee...

Good Tuesday My Community!

Working now, but I get to go have some sort of electroshock test done on my arms/hands/fingers/thumbs this afternoon. Not exactly sure what the test will show/prove, but the doctor says he wants it done & I'm all for figuring out why my thumbs, index & middle fingers are, what I call, dying

Morning. I'm up even after having stayed up late working. The lady was pissed at me because I forgot to put away the big pot of chili. Fuck. There was a lot left and it was going to be lunch today too. So yea. I'm up.

Was going to go surf now. However the waves look to be not so great. So I'm going to code for awhile and work on some other stuff. I should handle more tax stuff. Boooo

Oh well. I'll be back later. Time to at least get coffee going.

I woke up to 5 inches of snow this morning. Kinda strange if you know that 5 days ago it was 68°F over here.
No offline work for me today which means I gotta take care of the baby

Still feeling crappy as I am back to a really sore throat. This is how it started so I am not sure if it's on the way out or starting all over again. Sure hope it's not the latter.

Trying to decide if it's better to purchase dreamweaver & photoshop outright or try adobe's creative cloud. I really don't care about cloud storage, sync or sharing but like the ability of having access to all of their products at a reasonable monthly service fee.
