Oh my aching leg. One of the reasons I live down here on this humid mosquito infested sandbar is that normally it's hot. I really hate the cold. Makes all my old injuries hurt, especially my leg.

Went grocery shopping last night and forgot a few things so going to go back sometime today.

Other than that just another day of work. Between trying to get used to using a newer OS and working a laptop that has overheating issues not sure how much work I'll actually get done.

I found a video that shows how to replace the thermal paste but considering how involved it is and the risk of breaking something not to mention this old laptop can't run the latest version of Mac OS and can't use more than 3 gigs of RAM I'm glad that I ordered a newer one.

Cleo, Canada would be bad for you and your leg. There is not a lot of snow here right now but the windshields on our cars are frosted over. I had to run the car for 5 minutes before going out. It's -3C / 27F right now. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I think I've got my server locked up tighter than a drum. Famous last words! The problem with running it on your own is you've got all type of messages being sent to you and need to investigate what is serious and what you can ignore. I've got one of those to do today before starting on a day of mostly adult work.

Good Day

It is chilly here as well, not as chilly as Art, but the 20 degree drop in two days makes things seem chillier than they are. Going to be inside anyways catching up on work so it does not matter that much.

Hot and humid as hell here 36c . The rains are late, we had one reasonable rain of 24ml in 15 mins and since then nothing, Not good for crops. My bro grows tobacco, maize and soya beans. Looks like a drought is imminent.

It is a little cooler here today. Big drop from the weather this weekend. I'm in a sweatshirt, pants, slippers, and I'm still cold. Just a day of working on some projects. I have a phone call with a lead for another project. Yah! Some decent money and a good project to get the designer I use familiar with the template language of django.

Now time to drink a lot of coffee and sort some things out.
