The ASSIL lives on the same street as Yell (just around the corner). The house across from Yell has only mowed their lawn once this year & when we stopped over at Yell's on Tuesday, they ASSIL mentioned he had to mow his lawn & I joked that he should ride on down & take care of the mess across the street, which he did later that evening. When he discovered that they have that waterline access pipe sticking up about 6 inches in the middle of their lawn/weeds, he said the noise was so loud Yell actually came hurriedly out of his house to see what happened. So we spent about 2 hours yesterday hunting down all the parts the ASSIL broke on his riding mower

I did get some work done & hoping to do the same again today. I do have to go visit my lawyer today (apparently my disability case was not 100% denied - something about people that own their own companies) and we're once again going up to the local bar for $0.50 wings (minimum 10 & they have like 50 flavors). A couple I've known all my life surprised us last week & I think it's going to become a fun "thing" we do every Thursday 🍻

Monday, it's Canada Day and some asshole starting letting off fireworks after midnight. I did not get much sleep after that. I suspect I will have a nap later this afternoon.

I have to pick up a cheque for some work this afternoon. Later, my wife and I are supposed to have dinner with my daughter but I don't think that will happen. Perhaps that's wishful thinking.

Oh yeah, I saw yesterday that the Zoo was sold. I wonder if they'll tame the animals there.
