Whats the best way to go about increasing your sites Google rating? Anyone know exactly how that works? is it just direct link exchanges that the spiders pick up?

Gain incoming links to your site from other relevant and targetted sites/pages. Structure your own page to suit the keywords targetted.

No... not unless they work for google..

That's part of it... but structure and linking of your own site can have significant influence as well.
