Good Tenacious Tuesday to Everyone

Morning
My wife and I are out of here in about 2 or 3m hours for most of the day. A little personal business. Greenie has a little something for the newsletter today so...it would have gone out late anyway.

Guten Morgen, meine Damen und Herren.

I'm really tired of staring blankly at this screen. I'm in the process of beating up a script so that it will make one of my projects easier, but so far, it seems a lot harder. I'd bet it would be a lot easier to learn PHP from scratch than to keep modifying other people's scripts to suit my twisted needs.

Well, it the fourth Tuesday of the month and you know what that means. Time to change my underwear. I will smell fresh and clean for tonight's radio show.

Article in today's local online newspaper about arsenic in pressure treated wood and problems like them making mulch out of it. Makes me wonder if this is what has been making me feel like crap the last few days after handling all the old wood from my decking. Yesterday I woke up feeling like crap but went to the gym anyway which just made me feel even more like crap and I pretty much spent the rest of the day in bed.

All day yesterday I felt like I had a mild case of food poisoning but I hadn't eaten anything that would have made me sick. Feeling a bit better today, just going to take it real easy today.

Good Tuesday Everyone!

It truly is a dreary day here, but the good thing is that the rest of the week looks like it might be decent

I'll be here all day waiting for Jim to figure out how to get digital pictures from his camera to his PC

Good morning all, typical day for me, not much ever changes on my work schedule. Looking forward to the holiday weekend.

Cleo, arsenic poisoning would have flu-like symptoms, but, unless you are cutting the wood, I would think it would be somewhat unlikely if that deck had been out in the weather for many years. You can confirm it in a few months when your fingernails and toenails grow out a little more. I would suspect seasonal allergies or some airborne irritant more than arsenic.

For me, just another day of writing code, following up on a ton of work that was supposedly done, and trying to get things more in order so I can begin the hiring process yet again.

I got really sick after using the leaf blower to blow away the last of the wood debris. When I think back it seems like I would feel like crap every time I would move this wood around and have been blaming it on heat exhaustion but this time I was real careful not to overheat. Back when I had the deck I couldn't sit on it or I would get really bad itchy rashes from it.

I have flu like symptoms but I can tell it is not the flu.

I've never had seasonal allergies before, I wonder if you can develop them later in life?

I don't know, just glad this project is finished.

Mold spores would do the same thing and would be a much more likely scenario.

And yes, my wife is testament to the fact that you can develop allergies. And I outgrew most of mine. Although once in a while I am still affected by some of the things I was allergic to.

Hey everyone!

Finally recovered from the first Canadian long weekend of the summer.

Just finished reading a couple of the other threads before coming here and I gotta tell ya, this 2257 is a little nerve wracking. Don't you sometimes wish they would speak clearly instead of legalese?

Damn.

I'm just waiting for them to add a section where the surfer has to maintain documentation for every pic and movie they view.

Hmmm...that would be a great rumor to spread. |cool|

Don't forget to tell them that you have the perfect solution for them and that it will hardly cost them anything!
