What could be interesting is have a profiling system where you can enter the alleged scammers name, email, details of their scam, etc, and a thread is created. An email is then automatically dispatched to that person telling them this profile exists, who created it, and a link to it so they can come and defend themselves.

But I don't think we need this. I have my own shit list. It's not very long thankfully.

interesting.... but its not really that feasible since the interent is such an anonymous monster & most cats who work on it r never associated with a face so whats 2 stop a scammer from disappearing & coming back under a new name? i've seen this happen...
