Site search script help

I want to set up a search script for a new site I am starting but am kind of technically overwhelmed. Any advice as to which is the easiest/best script to install. Can someone meybe help me get it up and running?

If it installs as easily as any of their other scripts, it should be a no brainer.

Google recently released Google Coop. It allows you to search your site alone, your entire network of sites, the entire internet. And they claim it's fully customizable.

Visit this web - you will find a dozen of good search scripts, although the best option is to write it by yourself
