Adult Webmaster Needed

East coast adult production company looking to hire a dedicated individual for the routine management, promotion and expansion of a new enterprise of adult sites.

You do not need to be a technology expert, just dedicated to seeing the sites and member base grow. We will train you on all tools and techniques of publishing an adult website. We will provide you will all development tools in a virtual web design environment, though you must have a basic computer and internet connectivity to connect to our development environment.

Minimally there is a 1-2 hour commitment to update sites during the week, the rest is negotiable. This is a teleworking position, you can work when, where, and how best you like. Position responsibilities include:

1. Work to promote the sites affiliate programs and engage partners
2. Post updates to various sites
3. Promote the affiliate programs
4. Work with banner advertising and exchanges
5. Work with our adult content provider on the content pipeline
6. Process and publish new content as it emerges
7. Work with site owner on various campaigns

Requirements
Must have some experience in the adult industry and know how to market adult websites. It is essential that the candidate is familiar with industry trends, best practices, and promotion techniques such as TGPs and Affiliates.

Compensation
This job is funded by site revenues and received 20% of the total revenues across all sites in the family.
