I am not sure. Here is what they said.
"Your site doesn’t comply with the demands: http://www.penisbot.com/submit_resource.html * Too many submits in the category Oral Sex * Your site doesn’t comply with the criteria written here: http://www.penisbot.com/top_listing_secrets.html" I submitted the same structure as I always do. Have you been submitting to the same category religiously? Might try another niche for a bit. No one likes to pack a category page with too many links from the same submitter.

Good luck...I had problems with recips, and someone clued me into linking just the word "porn" in my text recips.....haven't had any problems since then.

penisbot is actually pretty good about giving webmasters good info for correcting their sites in their "according your penisbot submission" letters.
It looks to me like they might be asking you to submit fewer oral sex sites. |

I think maybe it is 'supply versus demand' overall.
He used to have a page that showed the number of sites in each category sorted by which ones he wanted more of. I think he means that you picked a category that was low in demand.
