Ok so I was reviewing sites and came across this one:

hmmm...layout and font colors do look the same. Of course there's an awful lot of similar looking layouts out there....could be a coincidence.

Yeah that's funny. Somebody made a living copy of your fs and then submitted to your link list. Just sent him a email and confront him about the issue.

I wouldn't accept it anyway because of the domain name.

as I say quiter amusing I know poeople copy pay sites and tours but a free site - well you have to pitty them!

It is definitely a copy and paste, all I need for confirmation is that both sites spelled WARNING like WARINING. The chances of two people making that same typo on two coincidentally identical sites is extremely remote.

Copying is a kind of flattery in some professions, this isn't one of them. People get pissed off when you just copy and paste something in 2 seconds that took them 4 hours to create from scratch, not really a money thing I don't think, just the principal.
