Got up at 5AM for my 5:20AM blood work appt & so far I don't need a nap

Just work today - I know I have a scene to do by Midnight.

Frustration is taking over because of the back situation as I hit the 2 week mark. Trying to think positive that it's just small amount of time in the grand scheme of things.

Back from dropping off some sandwiches that I made for the shelters. Filled up my gas tank on the way home. Premium gas is over C$2.00 a litre! Now, I've got a lunch out at 12:30 pm. Back for the afternoon at my desk.

Puppy report: He likes to walk on the street but boy does it overwhelm him and tire him out.
