posting to free links

I'm a newbie to building a site for linking affiliate programs. I just completed the first couple of pages at 4starpromotions.com and ready to add more pages every couple of days. I have built my free link to pictures, and posted at RR today.
The link is 4starpromotions.com/free/wb01/wb01.htm The pages are on my server, and the gallery links are to the hosted pages at the affilates website. Is this acceptable?
Could/would an experinced webmaster take a look at what I have completed and offer any sugestions or comments.

Hey patdig. Just a few quick things
http://4starpromotions.com/free/wb01/wb01.htm
You should get some meta tags(keyword description,icra,etc.)
You will need more than 2 recips
You definitely need some 2257 info

same thing with keywords
change your title slightly on each page to target seperate keyphrases
your gallery links stand out to me more than anything

Uhhh, your galleries are fhg's???
you might want to fix that.

Pat, you might want to take a look at rule #11 at http://www.link-o-rama.com/greenguy/therules.htm

I think it looks ok, maybe change the "ENTER/LEAVE" link to a bigger font?
