Individual pages accepted at Tommy's Bookmarks?

Are individual gallery pages accepted at Tommy's Bookmarks? All I can find is the submission page for the free sites.

As far as I know Tommy accepts single page submissions via the same submit providing you have at least 20 series pictures (and he knows you...[?]).
