2257 and amateurs

I'm designing a site for an amateur lady who obviously doesn't want to use her real information as the custodian of record for her 2257 information. What are the legal alternatives to using her information. I was curious about maybe using a bookkeepping service or something to that effect. I've tried to research it before I posted but I might have missed something.. if so I apologize and kindly link me to the info

Thanks!

So, this would lead me to believe a bookkeeping service could be used.

(2) If the person to whom subsection (a) of this section applies is an organization the statement required by this subsection shall include the name, title, and business address of the individual employed by such organization responsible for maintaining the records required by this section.

Does that sound correct? And if it is, does anyone have any recommendations for a bookkeeping service to handle this for her?

I believe that an attorney would tell you that paragraph means that the custodian of records must be an individual that is an employee of the organization that produced the material. If that weren't the case one or two attorneys would have set up a 2257 custodian service years ago and already be handling records for most producers.

Your web design client should spend a couple of bucks to get legal advice from an attorney.
