Welcome to the last Tuesday of February 2005

Started a diet yesterday - they say if I want to get down to 170 lbs I should take in a max of 1700 calories a day, so that's my goal

I've gained 10-12 lbs since Miami (fucking holidays kicked my ass) so I need to loose that & a little more.

Not much going on today except for the Radio Show which will probably not be as popular as last weeks

Other then going to the light bulb store, the drug store, and the grocery store I don't have much going on besides working at the computer.

Both my house guests seem to have disappeared but have left a ton of their crap all over my house. Since they both love show tunes and hate the techno house dance music that I listen to I'm guessing that me playing my music really loud may have had something to do with their disappearance.

I do have a couple more victims, errr I mean house guests, coming this weekend from northern Florida.

Morning all, Just the usual "pc is a piece of shit" day, but this time it's her pc so I am removing some programs and rolling back the hard drive to last month or so in hopes it will stop crawling to run programs.

Also making plans to go to FLL this weekend, I hope we can find some place to stay that plays a lot of techno house dance music, I miss those beats.... |dancinggu

Forgot to mention, I highly recommend the movie "Million Dollar Baby", it's an incredible movie and one of Eastwoods best, it will make you laugh and cry at the same time, for sure one of the best movies I've seen.

No not me, I just know my wife so I made sure she had plenty of kleenex, and from the sounds of the movie theater she wasn't alone....

CNN revealed the ending of the movie which I heard and was pretty fucking pissed about hearing, but KV didn’t hear it and I didn’t reveal it, so it was all a surprise to her....

Fucking CNN, the movie had been out less then 3 days when they revealed it.... great way to ruin a movie.

It's tuesday, so it's my social day. Pushed one finished movie off the editing machine yesterday, loaded the next one up, that is overnight and tomorrow's job, I guess. Today I get to see my girlfriend and play badminton with my usual bunch of old folks. Life is good.

GG, what you weigh today? I will race you those 12 pounds if you like. I am about 20 over what I need right now, so I can always use a challenge.

A very brief dream woke me up this morning. It was a phone call from Foxy Angel asking "Did it hurt all swollen inside you more than..." and that's when I went into system override and got of bed. This board is fucking me up.

Anyway, I'll be here all day reading psychology books in an attempt to convince myself that I don't have some subconscious longing to be fucked by a tranny.

You said 12 lbs so we can go with that. Weigh yourself in the morning & I will do the same & we'll start from there. 1st one to loose 12 lbs wins & the loose pays $25/lbs for the differance.
