Day one wasn't bad, still ate good and all. Today is girlfriend day, so I am not sure I will lose any (because chinese people do tend to eat!).

I grabbed the oldest and thinest socks I had and just stuffed them on while still asleep... ya gets what yas gets when I am doing stuff before coffee.

still very cool about loosing the weight , i have to loose myself some pounds because i gain weight since i stopped smoking a couple of weeks ago.

Good luck you guys, I recently started a whole weightloss plan as well. Been going to the gym 5-6 days a week. It's definitely tough, 12 lbs is just a start but keep it up
