I've given up caring what the "mystery" is - frees me up to enjoy the character development. I'm perfectly content to let the island reveal itself at its own pace. And I'm not even remotely pissed off at ABC for what happened with Twin Peaks or Push, Nevada. I have total faith that all will be revealed in time. Oh, and I just bought a nice bridge in New York and a swell plot of beachfront property in Nebraska.

*Desperately keeping fingers crossed; praying to all available deities to NOT BE LET DOWN AGAIN*

TWoP reports confirm that yes, that was Hurley on the telly. Ooh! |shocking| Can't wait to learn what's up with that.

In closing - there are some seriously hot men on this show. It's shifting my position on the Kinsey scale. I mean - the ladies are not unpleasant on the eyes...but damn, the boyz!

I have wondered if Jin speaks English as well, but now I am thinking no.

Looked to me like a car commercial or maybe a sitcom/serial, broadcast in English with Korean subtitles. It was only on the screen for a few seconds so it's hard to say for sure.

The guy falling past the window WAS a great shot, but Hurley's reaction was what really cracked me up. Major internalized wig... the big boy's a good actor. I just hope they have the Delenn chick (french lady) on more often now, maybe some kind of alliance. She's the only one who actually looks like she's been living on a deserted island, everyone else is pretty clean and well-groomed for having been there a while.

Missed the first 15 again. How pregnant is that gal by now? Did you see the numbers on the concrete at the end. Maybe we should use them for lottery numbers! When Hurley finally met up with the "French woman" he asked her what the numbers meant, she said she didn't know so he "snapped" and talked about how bad life has gotten and he just "went with it" without question, and made the comment along the lines of "there's.... I don't know... a pissed off giraffe in the jungle eating people, but I didn't question it, I just went with it..."

Just made me laugh, it was up and down the best episode yet.

Hee. Somebody on another board suggested this would be a great week to play the lottery - with anything BUT the Lost numbers, because so many people will be playing 4 8 15 16 23 42, everything else will stand a better chance. Don't know how solid the math is, but it's a funny thought.

Sadly, that's exactly how I feel, thanks to ABC's bullshit. I really do enjoy this show, and look forward to it every week. Today I had to keep reminding myself that we're in reruns for six weeks. Next week, I won't bother thinking about it. Six weeks from now? Who knows. I might not care at all by then. Gawd, ABC sucks.

This is the main reason I should just give up on regular network shows. Should stay with reality shows only. They don't take a break in the middle of a season. Sigh have to remember this next time I find a good show. I should just wait for the dvd to come out.
