will server upgrade with ip and nameserver changes fuck my se positions??

just wondering if i am going to lose some of my good se positions esspecially in yahoo, i am upgrading my hosting big time to accomidate the fact i am doing a lot of movie galleries etc, but ip addy's and nameservers will change. should this have a big effect on my serps esspecially in yahoo, were i do best??

Moving to another host should have no effect on your rankings or PR if properly done.

I've moved twice & it never effected me either way - you should be safe

Being in the hosting business over 4 years, I have never seen this effect a site. You should be just fine..
