I am in a mood today :)
In case you have not noticed, I am in a mood today. I have seen my friends pulling sites because of 2257 and isn't today the rest of us go to jail? Oh, that's right, because of Lensmans connections at the DoJ, we get a few more months.
What the Fuck...someday people will listen to me when I say the sky is not falling. How many people have gone out of business because of this fear mongering? To the fear mongers, the doom and gloomers...Fuck You all. |

Oh yeah, I saw on the nightly news last night that the government was coming after us all. Nope...it was just a dream. They talked about important things like people getting killed in Iraq.

I took the doors off the hinges, just in case, 'cause I didn't want them damaged when they kicked the doors in just after midnight.
Now I'm sitting here drinking coffee with no doors and no investigators. I will say that with no door, it does make it easier to see that the sky's still up there, nothing falling that I can see from here. Fuck it...if they can't be here on time, I'm putting the doors back on.

I'm not worried, I built a back escape route from my basement in case I need it.
Seriously, I'm in Canada so not worried for now. But if I was in the US I think I would pull any teen stuff to be safe. I wouldn't pull my pornstar stuff. I couldn't see the DOJ taking me to court saying can you prove Jenna Jameson is 18+? |

I've pulled some sponsor content per sponsor request, as well as a couple old sites I had NO docs for (that weren't really selling anything anyway). Otherwise I'm OK and just waiting to see how the next chapter plays out. It's nice to see the EFF stepping up here, as well as that article about the possibility of the Canadians getting involved on trade issues (though the article only talks about an adult biz lawyer requesting that they get involved). I'd love to see trade sanctions against the US over this, and the Canadians could if they felt like it...talk about a backfire

Well I never used sponsor content (always thought it was overused and prefered to buy my own) and I have not pulled any of my sites yet. And I'm still here..
But, I am in the process of building a dedicated pc just for the 22257 software I have and all my content. I figured I might as well organize it all anyway, it was a jumbled mess. And I have enough spare parts to buld one more pc here. I t will sit with the rest of them. |

I'm a writer, so I decided to aid my webmaster friends in their darkest hour.
Now that the hour didn't get dark, I'm going to have to find a retail outlet for all these cakes into which I'd baked files.
