Yep, that's the word. I'm just praying that the Dems take over the Congress before W has a chance to screw things further. Though obviously that's not going to happen before O'Connor's replacement....

I would seriously consider moving to Canada if it weren't so doggone far north.

I like my sunny southern climate too much. After seeing Bowling for Columbine I realized how reasonable the people are up there too.

Oh its not gonna be that big a deal - he'll probably submit Gonzales (atty gen now and his best friend) and he'll get approved with no problem - and he's actually more moderate than most of the people GW could pick from
The REAL problem is going to be in a little while when at least one more and probably two will resign this year - then we will be in for a firestorm
