Moving blog

I want to move my wordpress blog from http://www.mypornlinks.com/wordpress/ to http://www.mypornlinks.com, what do you think the best way to do this might be, especially when I have a bunch of link trades already set up.

I can tell you step one is always BACKUP your BACKUPS! Then make a backup of that backup.
